most pricing is done by the ounce. in santa cruz there is a make-your-own frozen yoghurt store that operates like a grocery salad-bar. you choose your own container, any combination of several frozen yoghurts, plus toppings (nuts, m&ms, Oreos, etc). then the container is weighed and you pay something like 40 cents per ounce.
