1/3 x 50 people = 17
.50
To determine how many hamburger patties you need for 50 people, a common guideline is to serve one patty per person. However, if you're expecting hearty appetites or serving other substantial sides, you might consider providing one and a half patties per person. Thus, for 50 people, you would need between 50 and 75 patties, depending on the context of the meal.

50 - at least one apiece! :>)

400 million grams of protein
Well, it depends if they are adults or children. usually people say the average person eats 2 pounds of ground beef so two times 200 would be 400lbs of beef hope that helps! not sure where u got your 2 ponds from but average does not eat 2 pounds the average hamburger is a 1/4 pound,so you would need 50 pounds to feed everyone at least one burger
What I normally do is take the number of people and then times 1.5 patties whether it is 1/4 pound or 1/2 pound patties by the number of people showing up and that would be your rough estimate on how much hamburger you need. Remember not everyone eats 2 hamburgers! Good luck!
