I'm trying to make a bourbon chicken like they make in the malls I need to use imitation bourbon wine where can I fine imitation bourbon wine or how can I make one?

Many (if not most or all) of the imitation alcohols are just the regular liquer that has had all of the alcohol cooked off of it. It takes a different amount of time for the alcohols to burn off...so if this is a serious concern for someone...you can get a dip stick that will test for the presence of alcohol. If this is a serious concern for YOU, I highly suggest having someone else do it. I can't count the number of times I've accidently leaned over and inhaled the vaporizing alcohol, (while making reductions, or while making sure something is non-alcoholic for children or program people...and realized "Oops". Well, good thing I'm not driving. You can buy it at any well stocked grocery store, cooking store, or online.
