There is a likely chance that it can melt.
The temperature in a closed car on a hot summer day quickly exceeds 120-125 degrees F, more than hot enough to melt any chocolate.
If chocolate is left outside on a hot summer day, it will likely melt and become soft and gooey. The heat can cause the cocoa butter in the chocolate to soften and lose its shape. It's best to store chocolate in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
Ugh................it will melt
Mr Cadbury himself One day he decided to melt chocolate, so he went into his kitchen and melted some and then chocolate sauce was made.

it depends on what type of chocolate you use if you use a chocolate with less wax in it it will harden less fast. but it would be wise just to heat them up again before you eat them.

Chocolate melts because it contains crystalized sugars, butter, and milk, some of them being liquids at or just above room temperature. As the temperature heats up, the bonds that hold the chocolate bar together loosen up or break apart. This causes the chocolate to weaken and melt. Commercial chocolate often contains emulsifiers that keep the chocolate solid at room temperature (68 to 72°F, about 20°C). However, on a warm day, or exposed to body heat, it melts.
