The chocolate would melt because of the, he heat.
Placing melted chocolate in the refrigerator will cause it to harden quickly. This can affect the texture and taste of the chocolate, making it less smooth and potentially changing its appearance. It is best to let melted chocolate cool at room temperature to maintain its quality.
Heating chocolate to 150 degrees Celsius can cause the cocoa butter in the chocolate to separate, resulting in a grainy or oily texture. This can also lead to the chocolate burning or scorching, which will give it a bitter taste. Additionally, the high temperature can destroy some of the flavor compounds in the chocolate.

When you put dry ice outside on a hot summer day, it will gradually sublimate (turn from a solid directly into a gas) into carbon dioxide. The rapid sublimation process causes the dry ice to release a dense, cold fog as it interacts with the warm air, creating a visual effect commonly known as "smoke."

This sounds like an excellent science experiment! There are no studies that show which chocolate would melt fastest outside, so you could be the first. Get 10 samples of different chocolate and place them all in the same place outside. Then, measure how many minutes it takes for one of them to melt.
