No. Fruits and vegetables are different things. The two terms are generally considered to be mutually exclusive; one cannot be the other.

Examples of fruits are apples, Oranges, tomatoes, grapes, pumpkins, etc.

Examples of vegetables are onions, potatoes, carrots, spinach, etc.
