any fruit that has viatimin c and b are good for your eyes but very few fruit actually make your eyesight better. such as cantaloupe,tamatos,and lemons.theres only one vegetable that does this thing too,and its called carrots . now that you know this let me tell you that if you eat to many it might defect to blindness so be very careful.
