Depends on the diet you are on. If you are trying to avoid cards then corn should be avoided. I don't believe in starving you body from cards cause you will just gain the weight back when reintroduced into your diet. Since corn is high in Fibre, antioxidants, and vitamins... I say eat in moderation like most foods.
