There has been no official announcement of a white chocolate snickers, but there is a movement to bring this about, including petitions and a Facebook page.
Note, though, that there is another brand of chocolate bar that is equivalent to a white chocolate Snickers bar.

White chocolate is comprised of cocoa butter and the other normal Milk Chocolate ingredients, but excludes the cocoa powder/solids that contain mind-altering chemicals like theobromine, caffeine, and phenelthylamine. It is otherwise the same as regular chocolate, regarding its health impact.
