Cassava flour is used to create Ice-cream like Ice Candy. You will need: 1 kilo of fruit, 1 can of condensed milk, a half a cup of water and about one tablespoon of cassava flour. First you make a puree out of the fruits using a blender, after that you mix the flour and the water. When the cassava flour is fully dissolved in the water you pour it on the puree you created earlier. Blend the mixture, add the milk and keep blending until it looks good. Now you're almost done, all you have to do now is: put the cream in your ice-candy bags and let them freeze.
