I eat old yogurt all the time. In fact right now I am eating yogurt that is 1 1/2 months out of date. I am talking about small, sealed yogurt cups that have been kept in the fridge. In my opinion, yogurt is already a fermented product, and as long as it smells okay and looks okay I will eat it. However, two to three months out of date is probably my limit.
