The disadvantages of using dairy products and seafood are that at first if you ate a lot of them it would risk your health because although it contains useful minerals but a lot of everything is bad. Second, if the seafood is beyond the expired date, it is not safe to eat as it is meat and microbes can cause stomach pain and food poisoning. In dairy products the same thing as most of the dairy products are made of useful microbes but when the expired date is off so these microbes can cause food poisoning.
