Panama is responsible for the largest number of exports (by dollar value) from Central America. In 2013, Panama had outgoing shipments valued at over $14.5B USD, accounting for between 25-30% of Central American exported products. Although this doesn't quite answer your question as far as the actual number of exported items, it's safe to assume that the quantity of exports is in line with this statistic and Panama also exports the largest number of goods.
