What drink is made out of peach schnapps and pineapple juice?

There is a drink called a Wallaby Darn which includes Peach Schnapps, Champagne, and vodka. You can also add frozen or canned peaches to add flavor. To make this drink, you put 1 part Vodka 1 part Peach Schnapps, 2 parts champagne, peaches, and ice in a blender. Blend for half a minute or until ice is crushed. Outback Steakhouse has this drink on their menu.

In a plastic cup (about a 12 fl oz cup) add ice, add 1/2 shot of Peach schnapps, 1/2 shot Razz, then fill mostly with pineapple juice and add a splash of your fav clear soda (Sierra Mist, 7up, Sprite) on top. Mix and Enjoy!

There is a drink served at the Outback Steakhouse, that is WONDERFUL! It's called a "Wallaby Darn(ed)", I know the ingredients are vodka, champagne, peach schnapps, and peaches. They also say (if you ask at the Outback) that it also contains a 'secret ingredient'. I found this recipe on another question posted here: 1 part vodka, 1 part peach schnapps, 2 parts champagne and fresh or frozen peaches. Mix all liquid ingredients in a blender and add ice and peaches. Blend well. Sounds pretty much like what they serve at the Outback (less the "secret ingredient" if there is one).

2 teaspoon Grenadine

Pour rum and schnapps into a highball glass filled with ice

Add pineapple juice and stir
