It is different with different people. If you are very sensitive (like me) one small crumb and i could have a really bad stomach ache, people can also throw up, or have dirrehea. But my friend don't get that. Luckily, I have not experienced bowel problems associated with celiacs. But my head throbs, my limbs get stiff and sore, my stomach hurts, and i get chronically fatigued. I began suffering with celiacs through exercise. I began fainting and as the weeks went on, all of my weird symptoms exchanged and they got very, very bad.
