basicly what dirty icing is, is when you ice the cake with a thick icing and dont rub it to even it out
To make dirty icing, mix together chocolate icing with a small amount of cocoa powder or crushed chocolate cookies to achieve a textured, "dirty" appearance. You can also add a bit of milk or cream to achieve the desired consistency. For a more colorful twist, you can incorporate food coloring to create a specific shade. Use this icing to decorate cakes or cupcakes for a fun and unique look.
