Pure chocolate comes from Cocoa beans...a typical chocolate bar will also have sugar, milk (if it's Milk Chocolate, not if it's dark), cocoa butter, lecithin, flavorings (like vanilla) , sometimes vegetable oil, and a few minor ingredients for texture.
