It refers to a type of candy called a "turtle." It's made with nuts... usually pecans... and caramel and covered in chocolate. A "turtle cheesecake" is one with pecans, caramel, and chocolate.
In the whole world vanilla is the favorite ice cream topping!
Home made candied nuts are made by dipping the nuts in a sugar syrup and then roasting them in the oven. The syrup soon turns to a crisp candy shell and a lovely caramel color.

No, caramel doesn't contain strawberries. Caramel is just sugar, cooked in a pan with a little water until it's dissolved and deep golden-brown. It's used to colour and flavour all kinds of foods from custards, cakes and confectionary to gravy. You might be thinking of the candy known as caramel, made of sugar, butter and cream cooked together and refrigerated until cold. You can make or buy this kind of caramel, as well as caramel sauce, caramel custard, caramel cream, caramel fudge, and so on. They're all easy to make and all have in common the golden-brown caramel colour. If you want strawberries or other fruit, or nuts and so on, in or to eat with caramel confections and sauces you can add them yourself.
Assuming that you are not concerned about the candy bar melting (as they all will), then your next concern will be to find something that has some protein and substance to it. A good one for this is the snickers bar because it has a lot of nuts in it and nuts have protein. Another good one is "Take 5" which has everything from pretzels to caramel and nuts in it. Take 5 would be good also because it is conveniently broken into two bite sized pieces.
It will Cary per candy bar, but most have some sort of cookie or nugget center. Some are topped with nuts or candies, and caramel or chocolate coated.
