It is fat. There are 3 stages of milk during one breastfeeding session. Foremilk has the least amount of fat. Midmilk has progressively more fat and hindmilk has the greatest fat concentration. The goal at each feeding is to fully empty each breast because the infant needs the energy-dense hindmilk.
Mother's milk.
Lactalbumin (the major protein in human milk) does not reflect light the way that casein in cows milk does. similiar to why is our planet blue .......

Energy from the sun makes the grass grow and that is what the cows feed on to produce milk.

In an electrical circuit, the cow represents the source of electrical energy, such as a battery or power supply. Just like how milk flows from a cow to nourish others, the electrical energy flows from the source, through components like resistors and capacitors, to power devices in the circuit. The strength of the milk (fat content) can be likened to the voltage output of the source, while the quantity of milk (volume) can be compared to the current flowing through the circuit.
