About 85.7 percent of kids like school lunches. We asked them some reasons why they didnt like school lunches, and they all replied, THE VEGETABLES!
I wouldn't know how to tell them why they should eat fruits and vegetables but Ive learnt that kids love to eat junk like chocolates cause there quick to open and access for a treat and they know it not good to have all the time that's why they want it but a way to get them to eat fruit and vegetables is to make sure you always leave a plate out with cut up fruits pre prepared for them such as watermelons mango's strawberries etc....

Green vegetables are great for kids. I always put some lettuce or spinach into sandwiches for my kids. Also cucumber is a great addition to a sandwich. For variety, you can shave some carrots into it. Or make a shake. It is easy to mix in some vegetables along with fruit in a blended drink and a small scoop of icecream on the top will make sure they love it and ask for it again and again.
