A hamster would want to live in a fairly small cage with lots of chippings and possibly a little loft sort of thing this will make the haster feel like he/she has enough room and is not really trapped in a cage.
A pet mouse would live in a cage like a hamster cage.
sometimes... :)
Dwarf hamsters tend to nip more and can live with multiple hamsters in a cage.
yes they can
no. hermet crabs neeed water to live therefore it will not survive in a hamster cage.
No, hamsters are solitary, and also omnivorous. A gerbil would run a great risk of being killed and eaten by the hamster.
Erm, I wouldn't recommend it...
The best kind would be a Syrian hamster. They live 1-5 years and are very playful.
either keep her by herself or get a new pair. they need to be raised together otherwise there may be fighting
Unless the dwarf hamster was in the same litter, I would advise against it. If they are not in the same litter, and you'd like to see if they get along, first put them in a neutral cage. Otherwise the hamster may feel that another male is trying to take over its territory.
Yes! They can o have my hamster In a 860 square inch bin cage and it works great! Just don't house a gerbil in it because the will chew out, but a hamster will be perfectly fine!
No, they will chew through it. Get a 10 gallon tank or a wire cage.
