What kind of dessert is rocky road?

Cold Rock is a fantastic business where you can create your own custom ice-cream.

You start by choosing your base flavors (you can choose as many as you want),

Then you pick all sorts of goodies to put into your ice cream (again there is no limit to how much you put in). They have everything from candy bars to fruit to raw cookie dough.

Then they mix your creation together on a massive slab of frozen marble (hence the name "Cold Rock"). They then scoop it and put it in a cup for you to eat or take home.

Despite the massively expensive prices, I still think that it's an ingenious and delicious idea.
