beef, chicken,or pork, and actually you could use any kind of meat,If using beef, try a steak that is tender,I would go with a sirlion(choice),because it is usually cheaper, than a strip,or ribeye.Chop the meat into small chunks after cooking.I would also recomend, soaking the steak on a paper towel after cooking,to soak up some of the grease.Serve hot or warm.
No because horse meat is illegal for human consumption in America
In my tacos yes I use red beans. I mash the beans add them to the cooked taco meat and season. You did not ask this but another piece of information for my tacos is I boil the ground beef for the tacos. Drain add beans, season and eat!

By any grammatical way I can approach it, you can't use "chopped" as a noun. "Chop" is a verb, and "chopped" is an adjective form of it.
The number of tacos you can make from 5 pounds of carne asada depends on the portion size you use per taco. Typically, a standard serving is around 2-3 ounces of meat per taco. If you use 3 ounces per taco, you could make approximately 26 tacos from 5 pounds of carne asada. Adjust the portion size based on your preference to get a more precise count.
