With fresh bread sticks, the best meal would be a hearty pasta wither with a tomato based sauce or pasta with a parmasan cheese/cream sauce with either srimp or chicken ontop. For salad, usaully i see a steak, or pork (not in pork chops) > usually when cooking your starters(bread of salad) are lighter than the meal its self. Hope that helps! :)
AM taking a guess. bread sticks. and cheese?
A nice mango salad....
Potato salad works great as a side dish!
Brussels sprouts, asparagus, dinner roll, spinach salad
They can be depending on what goes in the salad- such as chicken strips, for example. But normally they are considered a side dish.
No. Combination salad is a salad with the works, almost everything you can imagine that goes in a salad. On the other hand, ham salad is just ham and the main stuff that goes with ham.
well the salad is the actual leaf but and the salad dressing is the sauce that goes over it
Skip another side-dish, make the ratatouille at least 2 days in advance and have it with a roast dinner - preferably beef.
Mango salad pairs wonderfully with grilled chicken or shrimp, as the sweetness of the mango complements the savory flavors of the protein. It also goes well with light Asian dishes like sesame-crusted tuna or spicy Thai curries. For a vegetarian option, consider serving it alongside coconut rice or grilled tofu. These combinations enhance the vibrant flavors of the salad while providing a satisfying meal.
Yes. Having a salad with a steak meal is very common.
The word that most commonly pairs with "sticks" is "stones," to form the phrase "sticks and stones."
chicken goes with everything! Since its the protein , I say add a starch like pasta , or rice or potatoes. Potatoes go great with chicken! mashed, fried, scalloped, baked. Whatever! Then add a salad and a vegetable and poof you have nice meal.
