There are not many nutrients in mayonnaise. There may be some form of nutrients from the egg such as protein, but other than that mayonnaise is not such a healthy choice. Instead try a different kind of spread, such as hummus- made from chick peas. There are many different flavours such as roasted red pepper, garlic etc. A much healthier and delicious alternative.

No. It's concentrated so measurement would be difficult. Also there will be the extra oil. Another thing is mayonnaise can turn deadly when cooked. I forgot the term for it, but one of the first rules of food handling is NEVER cook mayonnaise. I have fond memories of scraping it off hotdogs to microwave & then putting it back on:(

Mayonnaise can be used as a fertilizer for plants because it contains nutrients like fats, proteins, and minerals that can help nourish the soil and promote plant growth. The fats in mayonnaise can provide energy for beneficial soil microbes, while the proteins and minerals can contribute to the overall health of the plants. However, it is important to use mayonnaise in moderation and mix it well with soil to avoid any negative effects on plant growth.
