When I want a snack I look in the cupboard and usually there are some of these. Most of these are snacks that I have had and they taste great!

Healthy food

If your looking for something healthy try:

1.blending some fruit to make a smoothie.

2. Making a home made Pizza, with the ingredients in your cupboard.

3. Packet Soup

4. Tub of yogurt on museli.

5. A piece of toast with peanut butter spread on top.

6. Make some scrambled eggs with cheese

Sugar/Salty

1. A piece of chocolate

2. Ice cream and topping blended to make a milkshake

3. Butter popcorn

4. Flavored Chips

Sugar/Salty and Healthy

1. Try some extra-Dark Chocolate(60%-80% cocoa.) Cocoa is good for you, sugar isn't.

2. Sun Chips or corn chips with guacamole, sour cream, fresh salsa, and cheese.

3. Roasted and salted peanuts (very little sugar, lots of protein and vitamins)

4. Apple slices dipped in peanut butter.

5. Make a small bowl of homemade oatmeal. (1/2 cup each quick oats, water, and milk, mix and put in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. If you want it thicker, heat it longer. If you want it thinner, heat it for less time. Sweeten with brown sugar or plain sugar.)
