When i get in the shower at the top of my hair line by my private part it turns white and i would wipe it off but it keeps coming back do i have crabs or pubic lice?

What you are seeing is likely small water bubbles at the top of your pubic hair. Because you believe you may have pubic lice, it sounds like you are at risk for STDs. Get tested this week.
