I am sure you can find medication for goldfish in petstores like PetSmart (at least here in Canada you can. I'm not sure if there is PetSmart in other countries.) There are dissolving pellets for several diseases, and if your goldfish has a parasite I think you have to have a miny surgery for it. Everything you need for your goldfish is usually at your petstore! Go to several petstores if you can't find something you need at one. Some petstores have stuff that other petstores don't.
