Most large grocery stores will sell some puddings in bulk. Organic stores do as well. However, my brother works for a large food warehouse and he said that if you could see what he sees in bins of bulk food (not wrapped) you wouldn't go near it! My husband also has a wheat-gluten problem (made him very ill) and even if I wanted too I can't buy in bulk because the product may have been contaminated with wheat, rye, oats or barley and this could make him deathly ill. I don't know if you have a Costco Warehouse there, but it's best to buy their large packages of pudding mix rather than buy out of barrels or even plastic container boxes.
If you make your own pudding, the ingredients may include vanilla wafers, bananas, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, flour or starch, maybe a little salt. You simply have bananas, vanilla wafers, and vanilla pudding. You can follow the ingredients on a pack of regular pudding (the kind you cook), or you can find a vanilla pudding recipe. Once you start cooking the pudding, you add sliced bananas and the wafers.

actually, yes there is but it's very difficult to explain. you get a certain feeling and then bam you know if the person is a french vanilla or a vanilla bean.personally, i find that vanilla bean people are more laid back, but that could just be my interpretation.
Depends on the pudding, many are 110 sometimes more, while others could be 60 calories
One delicious French vanilla cappuccino recipe to try is to brew a strong espresso, mix in French vanilla syrup, froth milk, and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder. Another option is to add a shot of vanilla extract to your espresso, froth milk with a vanilla-flavored creamer, and finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce. Enjoy experimenting with different variations to find your perfect French vanilla cappuccino recipe!

I goggled Golden Corral's Banana Pudding receipt and a few came up, here is what I found. 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 cold milk or water 1 (4oz.) size package of instant vanilla pudding 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed 1 box of vanilla wafers 3 bananas; sliced ( I also use fruit fresh for them, so they won't turn brownish) Mix sweetened condensed milk with cold milk. Add pudding mix, beat well. Chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Fold in thawed cool whip. Spoon 1 cup of pudding in bottom of serving dish. Top 1/3 of each, bananas, wafers, and pudding, repeat layering twice, ending with pudding, top with wafers. Chill thoroughly and keep in refrigerator
