There are many sellers of giant stuffed animals. These include TY, Big Plush, Tabby Plush and Cuddle Works. Some of these companies sell stuffed animals big enough to tower over small children.

Have seen them at Science World by the Main Street Skytrain station
You can buy a 12" or 11" Lugia plush on eBay for 20$-30$ or so with free shipping. Amazon has about the same price, but it is possibly more trustworthy. Many local stores wouldn't sell this plush unless it's specifically Pokemon.
If it's a mutated banana and it's well armed then yes. but its inpossible intill we have a atomic/nuclear war.
Try eBay.
At arcades when you play the game where you have the handle and you have to try to grab the toy you want.

They have awesome plush toys that look like dinosaurs and dragons. Some of them are big enough for little boys to sit and "ride" on. One of my favorites is Koda the giant triceratops. You can learn more about him on here on this site (FreshDeals.com) I believe.
