During the warmer months in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the Dairy Cone on Tyler Street carries 2 flavors of Wow Cow at a time, replacing them every week. I go at least once a week in the summer to sample as many flavors as possible. Huge ice cream fan and this stuff comes so close to the real thing with so few calories!
If you sell the cow you will no longer get any milk as you do not own the cow anymore.

Grass uses sun's energy to grow. Cow eats grass. Cow produces milk. Cow is milked by dairy farmer. Dairly farmer sells milk to ice cream maker. Ice cream make churns milk to get cream. Both cream and milk products are used to make ice cream.
You could drink it, churn it into butter or cheese, make ice cream from it, give it to some calves you are looking after, sell it to other people, etc. Also, it goes great with strawberries and bananas tossed into the blender.
the milk in ice cream comes from the cows udders.
