Chameleons move with their legs. Their feet however are like clamps. They dont have multiple toes they have 2 clamp like toes that work almost on a hinge and they use these to grab on to tree branches, vines and other things in their habitat. They wont walk around flat footed though. So you will always find them hanging on to something
