im deffinatly no expert but i think that the other stuff are preservatives to keep the juice fresher for longer, if im right they dont have to list the preserves and stuff, im sure its something along them lines. i used to buy littleone them apple slices n carrot sticks but it never said on the packet what other ingrediants there was, i know they used something acid to preserve the apple and to stop it going brown. x
