Color:Hydrogen's atomic spectrum is not visible to the human eye therefore we cannot see it. The atomic spectrum of an atom allows us to identify the property of that atom.
Taste:The taste is determined by minerals in the water. If the water has no minerals then the taste you "don't taste" is an actual taste.
A snowflake is made up of frozen water and lacks flavor, so it essentially tastes like water. When a snowflake melts in your mouth, you may taste a slight cold sensation or refreshing feeling. Just be sure to catch a snowflake on your tongue before it melts!

In my opinion, the statement that coffee tastes like water is not accurate. Coffee has a distinct flavor profile that includes bitterness, acidity, and various aromatic notes that water does not have. While both coffee and water are liquids, their tastes are quite different due to the compounds present in coffee beans that give it its unique flavor.
