Egg is a useful ingredient to a caterer because it can be used in many different ways when chef's cook for example, making a safer option in pasteurized egg products, for using it on top of pastries to give it a golden look when cooked in an oven, also it has proteins, vitamins and minerals so it is good for you and when a chef is cooking a penis they can use the egg whites to give the penis a light and fluffy texture.
