When you're bakin' if yah biscuits crack, it means your ova bakin em u shood simply turn the heat down, u shood also grease em properly before baking em. its easy to make this mistake.. Hopes dis helpss.... Lol :)

Biscuits are what the USA call cookies. USA biscuits are UK scones.

Scones are not served crunchy to stop scones get crunchy on the outside when they cool they are wrapped in a tea towel.

Biscuits / Cookies are always wanted crunchy and mistakes are made in following the recipe. They should be allowed to cool spread out on a wire rack to loose moisture and not get soggy

Baking margarine has has 81% fat

Low fat margarine however has only 40% fat. the other 40% is replaced by water. This will make biscuits soggy.

So check the fat content of the margarine you have before using it.
