I can't say this with a 100% certainty, but my opinion is "no" this program doesn't work.
The reason the Poker sync sounds tempting though is because computers truly can't do true random as they can only ever do what they have been programmed to do. Does this mean the software could work, I still say no.
My reasons:
1. The programers for online poker rooms aren't going to all use the same format for assigning cards a spot in the deck. Anyway a programmer can imagine shuffle the deck is a possible way. The more complex the way, the less likely there is a program that can figure that out. Also, different programming languages use different random number generators. The program would have to be set up for every possible language, also, for interconnections of randoms from two different languages.
2. An example random to show complexities:
Say in Java I decided that I had an object called card, and one of the properties of that card objects is the location of that card in a 52 card deck. I also have a method called Shuffle(); that shuffles all of the cards in the deck prior to dealing the first hands. Say the first thing shuffle does is picks a random number between 100 and 200 inclusive. the computer gets 154, and thus will give each card a 154 random numbers (say from one to a million, using a double, so 1 to 1000000) to use to help determine its location in the deck. The program then randomly picks one of those 154 numbers for each card, and that number is then compared to all other cards. The cards are then sorted by their random number (The closest to 1 gets to be the top card of the deck). In the case of two or more cards having identical numbers, there would be additional random numbers to insure the cards in the end all have a unique location.
Alright, that was a wordful, but I hope it shows that even if it were possible (I can't say it isn't, but seems unlikely) to predict the next random number from a generator, the program would also have to be smart enough to figure out exactly how the programmers set up the order for cards. Whether or not the deck was initialized from the start, or just picks randomly everytime a card is called for by the game.
3. If it is too good to be true, it mostly likely is...this is a popular cliche, and still stands true. We all want money, and when we see easy money, we often get blinded by the ideal of more money that we think the low cost of the product is well worth the risk of a possibly failing product. If this product were real, then the person who made it would already be incredible rich from playing online poker, not to mention the other programing jobs they could get from making such a complex program.

An expansion bus will not work in sync with the CPU. In addition, it will not work with the system clock.
Yes
Dub or sync
depends what windows media you are using, but if its a newish version, then you should have a sync section, I'm not 100% positive this will work with i phone and it would have to be mp3 format tracks, but use sync its simple drag and drop into the side bit like for play lists but on the sync section. then click sync now and it may or my not work. if it does work this is how
Yes the Ford Sync does work with Sanyo/Kyocera ZioHowever the texting will not work because the Zio doesn't have the Message Access Protocol (MAP) Bluetooth Profile
A freeroll tournament in poker (such as the World Poker Series) means that the players do not have to place a buy-in to be entered into a game yet they still play for cash or prizes.
poker,lottery,work hard
You can sync to your ipod with Windows Media Player. This app costs $, but it does work. http://www.mgtek.com/dopisp/
You put batteries in the controller and press sync
