There are many pennies that average from a few hundred to a few thousand.
There is a unique error wheat penny, a 1943 coin minted at Denver, that recently (2011) sold for $1.75 million. This coin was struck on a bronze blank left over from 1942, while all 1943 cents were supposed to be made of steel to save copper for use in ammunition.
The other 2 mints (Philadelphia and San Francisco) also had similar errors but made a total of somewhere between 10 and 20 such coins, so they're not worth as much as the Denver error.

The coin is just a dollar spend it.
Ireland does not use the dollar and never has, so there is no such thing as an Irish 1 dollar coin. Ireland was using the pound in 1952, but there was no 1 pound coin. So whatever coin you have, cannot be either an Irish one dollar coin nor an Irish one pound coin from 1952.
Presumably, you refer to the 1 Dollar coin(?). An Australian 1984 1 Dollar coin, uncirculated and in absolute mint condition could fetch up to $15 AUD. They are still in circulation, so unless they are part of a proof set or as previously described, they are worth 1 Dollar. There were over 186 million minted. A reputable coin dealer will be able to advise a more accurate quotation.
