Gold and silver coins
Low grade coins have retail values of $20.00-$30.00. Better grade coins jump to $75.00 and go up to $450.00 so for an accurate value have the coin graded by a collector or dealer.
Slowly. Very slowly. Many of these coins are in the hands of collectors. Since nobody spends or loses these coins the rarity never goes up. If the rarity never goes up neither will the price go up much.
A coin dealer can do it. Many coin collectors keep up with coin values and could also give you an estimated value.
Most coins of this date show very heavy wear and are valued at $25.00-$50.00 depending on the grade of the coin. Values do go up for the higher graded circulated coins I suggest having it graded for a better idea of value.
Go to the vault and click on the coins and Rookie will pop up and will talk to you.
Yes. Especially modern bullion coins. Out of all of the coins, pre-1933 US coins historically have lost less of their value due to small fluctuation in the gold price because they sell for a large premium over the gold content in them, especially for some of the older and smaller coins. Coins like modern British Sovereigns, US Gold Eagles and Canadian Maple Leafs are all traded at a small premium over the spot price of gold, usually around $20 so their value is simply the price of all the gold in them plus around $20. Some older common European gold coins have similar price trends.
If you actually have this coin or not, it's very valuable. Circulated coins start at $6,000.00 in the lowest grade of G-4 and go up to $35,000.00 in AU -58. Uncirculated coins are $40,000.00 to $138,000.00 depending on the grade

They would have a face value of $110. If they were all minted during 1965 to 1970 they would have a minimum value of $1,069.48 for their silver content. If they are dated before 1964 they would have a combined value of $2,613.98 cents alone for their silver. If they were made after 1970 they have no silver or other precious metal and are worth only face value. These values are based on silver being worth $32.85 per troy ounce. These values will change over time as the price of silver changes. If the value of silver goes up the value of the coins go up and if the value of silver goes down the value of the coins go down.
