∙ 13y agoFor some legentary Pokemon (by some I mean most) you need to get a code to get them. I know that in the newer games like Heartgold and Soulsilver you can get Hoho and Lugia without a code, but in the older Gameboy Pokemon games you will need a cheat. (PS: I dont think you can get cheats for ones like Pokemon Red and Blue.
