Sadly, no, that is the limit. But don't worry. You would have to play for over 41 days straight to surpass the limit. =) Anyways, you will have to begin a new game from there. I suggest breeding and trading your favorite Pokemon into a different game, then trading them into your new game so that you can carry a momento of your old games.
