In the second book when Dumbledore has to leave for a while she steps up to the plate. Dumbledore comes back and is headmaster until he gets killed by Snape and again she becomes headmaster.
Maybe not, but of course we do not know.
Harry Potter was never headmaster of Hogwarts. After defeating Voldemort he became an Auror and then later, Head of the Auror office. It is unknown when he died, although he was still alive in 2017 when he was 37.
It's hard to tell, since we don't actually see him as headmaster and only hear bits of information. Given that the school was under death eater rule, Snape did his best to protect the students as much as he could. Unfortunately, he couldn't stop the Carrow's from torturing students otherwise Voldemort would have questioned his loyalty.
Hagrid was forced to go into hiding with his half brother for a while, because he had started a Harry Potter fan club and the Death Eaters were after him. He came out for the battle at Hogwarts, however, and I assume that afterwards he stayed at Hogwarts as Game Keeper for quite a while.
Hogwarts was severely damaged during the final battle but was rebuilt and still open for Harry Potter's children to attend in 2017.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is set in Hogwarts. The only time Harry leaves Hogwarts is to go to Hogsmeade, and to the cave where he and Dumbledore went to find the horcrux.
You mean right now, in 2010? We don't know, Minerva McGonagall might be still serving as Headmistress, or she might have retired, there is no way to tell.

It's still Athena because she only have 2 names the second one was Minerva in Roman Mythology
Yes, Harry was sending his children there in the epilogue.

It is believed that he is still roaming around at Hogwarts.

and... its the marauders era still! Oh my, it could be. :] Its Hogwarts, so therefor you never, EVER know.
There are none Minerva is just the roman for Athena. This is incorrect. Minerva and Athena have some slight differences; Minerva is viewed more as an artisan, since Bellona is the Roman goddess of war. They still have the same symbols, such as the aegis (shield with Medusa's head on it), owl, and olive tree/branch, but Athena is more of an active goddess that is much involved with heroes and war.
