To catch Arceus, You need an Action Replay. You can get them at Best Buy for $20.00. If you have an Action Replay, then type in 94000130 FCFF0000 B21C4D28 000000000 B00000004 00000000 0000AA3C EDB88320 2000AA68 0000000A D20000000 as the code for the Azure Flute. Once you've completed that, start the game and go to any pokemart. When you go in, stay on the the red mat and hold L & R for 5-10 sec. and then leave. Go back in a and there will be a man in a green soot by the counter. Talk to him and he'll give you the Azure Flute. Go to the place where you caught Dialga/Palkia and it will ask you to blow into the flute. About 2 min. later, a staircase will appear. Walk half way up then save. At the top will be Arceus. ( If the code doesn't work type in How do I get Arceus and one of them will have the right code, I've done it.)

go to the nearest poke mart (blue store) and a man wearing green clothes standing i think next to the counter talk to him and he should give you the arceus.
