Maybe, but they don't seem to have compatible personalities. I think that they are more like allies/aquaintances that are friendly towards each other, and that share a common goal and brotherhood in that they are superheroes.

Batman and Superman are good friends :) in some comics, Poisen Ivy takes over Supermans mind, and controls him to fight Batman, but Batman still believes in his friendship with Superman. They help each other a lot in movies, comics, ect.

Superman does not approve of Batman's crime fighting ways. Superman knows that Batman is a good person but thinks one day he will crack.
