When you go to create a neopet you will wee there is a section for regular neopets and underneath that is says Limited Edition Neopets Available... Normally it will be empty. But on Lutari day if you go to create a neopet like you normally would, there will most likely be an option to create the limited edition neopet 'Lutari'. On other neopets days, you could get big discounts in shops or get free items or go to the training school (another place to train your pet) totally for free! On limited edition neopets days (only tonu cybunny draik hissi and kiko) you can create a pet and choose those pets in the limited edition section.
