There are a few ways you can get a Hissi. 1. You can get a Hissi Morphing or Transmogrification potion, but note, they are very expensive! 2. Sometimes Neopets will release a batch of Hissi on Hissi day, which is May 4th. 3. If you are lucky, you can get one from the pound. That's how i got mine, but don't expect to see them in there often, its very rare you see them ! Good luck ! :)

You could try for one every hour at the adopt a Neopet section - also a slim chance... 5-10 times a year. Another option - the best, is to buy a morphing potion.. worth about 870k-10m depending on which one you want E.G green hissi morphing potion 970k - lost desert hissi morphing potion 12m. Hissi's are a Rare type of Neopet - so that means they are worth more E.G (all rare/limited edition pets are) - Chomby, Lutari, Hissi, Draik, Kiko, Krawk, Cybunny, Jetsam, Tonu, Koi. Hissi's can NOT be traded or pounded which means you have to try to get one yourself.
