There are a few ways you can get a Hissi. 1. You can get a Hissi Morphing or Transmogrification potion, but note, they are very expensive! 2. Sometimes Neopets will release a batch of Hissi on Hissi day, which is May 4th. 3. If you are lucky, you can get one from the pound. That's how i got mine, but don't expect to see them in there often, its very rare you see them ! Good luck ! :)

The Hissi is a Limited Edition pet and is available in several ways:

1. Keep a lookout for any updated news on the site. Neopets sometimes release batches of Hissis to be created at the Create A Pet section on May 4th - Hissi Day. The Hissis get snatch up very fast so you have to be quick.

2. You can buy a Morphing Potion to morph an existing pet to the desired species and color, but bear in mind that it's going to be expensive.

3. You can adopt a limited/restricted Neopet from the Pound. They are not easily found, but you can get one if you're lucky. Do check the message boards as well if you have parental access. Sometimes if you are lucky enough, there are players who will put up their Hissis up for adoption. There are also some 'Adoption Agencies' guilds on Neopets.

4. Last alternative is to wait and hope for the Lab Ray to change your existing pet to a Hissi. You need to buy a set of Secret Laboratory Maps. Once you have all 9 pieces in your items go to the 'Treasure Map' game and click on 'Secret Laboratory Maps'. You can use it once a day on one of your pets. The effects of the ray are random. You can change your pet's species/colors, lose/increase levels, raise/reduce stats, and the most popular, turn your pet into rare colors like Robot, Alien, fruits (for Chias), Sponge, Mallow, MSP (for Poogles) etc.
