Are the grades of Hogwarts outstanding exceeds expectations and acceptable?

Only for the O.W.L's and N.E.W.T's. Those are the passing grades, the failing grades are Poor, Dreadful and Troll.
Usually teachers only mark as pass or fail for the first four years.
