Here are what some call Easter Eggs or Glitches:

1. You can tap on the badges you earned in Pokemon Pearl, Diamond, and maybe Platinum, to hear music.
2. You can rub those badges to render them shiny.
3. After battling Ho-oh in FireRed, use the ItemFinder while standing on Ho-oh's spot to find the Sacred Ash item.
4. You can clone Pokemon in the Battle Tower of Pokemon Emerald, so you can have more than one of the same species of Pokemon, such as two Rayquaza, two of your Starter Pokemon, as many Eevee as you want, etc.

You can also walk through walls if you visit this special guy somewhere in the 5th city. he walks around a lot with a black robe on or something black. And those are all the secrets I know of.
