If you really want to, use your masterball because it never fails. Masterball fails on other peoples Pokemon. I learnt from my mistakes... you cant catch trainers Pokemon it wont work with any type of poke ball(it would've been cool if you can catch trainers Pokemon though=)

In Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Saphire, Ruby, and Emerald, the only way to evolve Feebas is to max out its Beauty condition, which is extremely challenging.

You can find Feebas by battling a fisherman on route 222. You can also wait and battle all of the trainers of the Seven Stars Restaurant on Valor Lakefront. There is a collector that has one in there.
